The Toni Heart Foundation was created to support others through education about lupus and being heart healthy, to create tools to organize treatment plans, to provide resources for health and nutrition, to create a gateway for those with lupus to communicate and fight for a cure.

When my daughter and I first started our journey we didn't know where to turn. We make it easy for you to find information about the disease and how to fight it.
